Worldwide Delivery

United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Other regions: 5–15 business days after dispatch. Preparation, testing, and QC time are excluded.

We select the most suitable premium route for your destination. Tracking details are sent by WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

We prepare and handle shipments with care. Customs duties and import taxes are included for every order and every route, so no separate import payment is required from the customer under this policy.

For the United States: Standard mail carries a massive risk of customs seizure and delays. To guarantee safety, all US watch orders are exclusively routed through our secure FedEx U.S.A. option. The $45 fee covers premium courier routing to ensure your piece arrives safely and fully insured.

For Europe & Asia: We utilize highly secure, tax-inclusive dedicated routes (dispatched locally via DHL, EMS, or regional priority carriers). These routes typically take 5–15 business days after dispatch and are offered complimentary at checkout.

A note on checkout options: Checkout confirms the available route and any shipping charge for your destination. Duties and import taxes remain included on every route, and delivery estimates begin at dispatch after preparation, testing, and QC.

Order Protection

Transparency is our foundation. On occasion, we may need to cancel an order if our quality-control standards cannot be met — a substandard factory batch, or stock that proves unavailable. Where that happens, we tell you promptly and openly.

Loss handling: A carrier-confirmed loss, or 30 consecutive calendar days without tracking movement, starts the process. For ordinary transit loss or customs seizure, you choose one free reshipment or a full refund. Wrong or incomplete addresses, refusal, prolonged non-collection, or failure to cooperate with carrier verification are excluded. A reshipment remains duty-and-tax included and fully tracked.
